When we entered into Vitaly Gligor (the main coach of Russian Paralympic Judo Team) apartment for a biter, during my visit to Moldova, I was struck by his choice of food.

On the table were four little glass bowls with some type of berries looked like jam. Also there was a a little jar with some strong by consistency, almost black coloured something looking like stoned honey.

 

 

 

 

 

We had two teaspoons of each consistency (mostly sweet) and Vitaly told that that was the dinner. I was amazed, as on one side I felt full although was hungry just 20min ago, but also that I had only so little to eat – very unusual for me.

A thought struck me to try this diet for 7 days and see what will happen, how it will affect me.

Vitaly agreed to give me a plan and because he was going away for a tournament, he asked a friend of his Alexander, a guy over his 60s looking a maxim of 50 who is a pro in how to eat, where to buy and so on.

I met Alexander, who has an unusual personality, speaking really fast, full of energy considering his age and a very scattered speech theme. Although my efforts to direct the conversation on one topic, he ended up in at least four different directions.

Anyway, we went to the market to buy dry fruits, fresh fruits, vegetables, seeds, honey and oils. He was so meticulous at choosing the product that we spent most of the day in the market to buy 4 day supply.

I could not understand form the start what was the difference between the one seller’s seeds or dry fruits or whatever, and another, until after lots of tries I started noticing and it was quite a revelation for me.

Dry fruits are best when looking darker rather than bright colours

Seeds and nuts must be whole without bits fallen or broken peaces

So below I describe my then diet experiment done in Moldova under the instruction of Vitaly Gligor and assistance of Alexander which introduced me to a new world of dietary fulfilment, very contrary to what my previous ideas. The seven days dietary experiment have confirmed that it is possible not to have meet or full meals three times a day and feel even more energy and power.

Financially it was almost 2/3 from my usual eating costs

In general the food consisted of salad + nuts and herbs and fruits. No sugar, no salt, no white flower, no any type of meet.

Tip: Dont eat honey or sweet after food – only before

Questions answered: 

  • How to buy (spot quality)
  • How to eat (with what, amounts)?
  • When to eat (before or after what)?
  • How to prepare the food before eating or how to prepare the food yourself?
  • What is the benefit of this food?

If you feel hungry soon after eating, that is good- means the food has been well an quick digested and you had taken all good out of it. When feeling hungry- drink water first – it will take the hunger away.

Sweet is good (sweet is sweet fruits and water with honey) – it gives energy.

Gratitude/Praying in the Morning:

  • give thank for all you have and all you ‘will have’ and some very little things

Exercise-

Morning. Mainly stretching

Morning

7AM                     – Glass of water right after woken up

10min-15min        Meditation/Praying/Gratitude

7:20AM               – Exercise about 20min

7:40AM – 8AM  – Drink another two glasses of water and have Breakfast: Activated Fruits

10:30AM-11AM   Could follow with some dry fruits

12Noon               – Afternoon – eat fruits.

6PM                    – Evening – salad, and buckwheat or just sprouted seeds, nuts

Water 

  • Just raw or thawed water
  • 300ml-800ml in the morning, 250ml afternoon and evening before food
  • Ad 100g of honey in the water (need to eat no more than 50-100g of honey per day - every day)
  • Drink still water. Have a day 1l of water with honey dissolved in it. And some apple vinegar (one teaspoon to 1.5l of water)
  • Only drink before food (best about 20min before). If want after, wait for about 2h. As it is washing the food through the stomach and dissolves the digestive fluids, pushes the food forward not allowing it to get all the goodness out. Can drink right away only after junk food so it washes away.
  • Increase the drink amount from 300ml to 700ml gradually in time
  • Why drink in the morning water with apple vinegar and with honey?  1. Gets the blood thinner; 2. Prepare the stomach/body for food after the 6-8hour no food night; the vinegar is anti parasitant and cleances the body; honey gives energy better than coffee and is digested quicker

Honey

  • eat up to 100g of honey per day - that is about 27kg per year
  • Never buy liquid honey - only hard one. As the liquid one has been warmed and most of the time all the goodies have gone.
  • Mix only with fruits but not with sprouted or other foods

Fruits

  • Eat 5 times sweet and 1 time sower sweet
  • 50%-70% from your food can be only fruits
  • Eat all fruits before food or instead of food
  • Don't eat fruits with sprouted foods

Berries

  • Cranberry, with honey in mixer and than eat or add to water which will make it like juice/smoothy that you can drink as food

Nuts 

  • Walnuts in water for 24h and no more than 48. Change water when you see its dark (it is iodine that comes out and if you don’t change water it will go back in the nut and will be sower again)
  • Almonds hold for 12 hours
    Usually just taste how you like and decide what is best for you

Dry fruits

  • Put in small amount of water and some honey (this preserves the fruit from loosing all its taste to water) if you want the fruit to be still nice. Otherwise if you put lots of water, water will take all the goodies from the fruit and you will better drink that water like juice.
  • Keep the fruit in water no more than for 48h and than make new portion. Best in the fridge.

Wash first: put in water for 15min, so all dirt gets damped so washes quicker, than rinse in hot water, than rinse slowly in cold water, than put in drinking water and honey for staying.

How to spot good dry fruits: the raisins must be not sticky and dry looking, with likely the stick that attaches to its branches still on; all dry fruits (raisins, apricots, figs, etc) must not shine and be of a darker colour.

Oils

  • Only with food - Best Buy non rafinated

Sprouted food (seeds)

  • Best eat before food
  • Sunflower seeds hold for 40min in water and than take out
  • Wheat hold for 8-12 hours before taking out
All of these to be placed in a vase and covered with a wet towel to get the sprout going.

Don’t let the sprout grow too big

Sprout

  • eat with salat
  • Not with fruits
  • Have energy and might give sleeplessness if eaten late

Potatoes

We choose medium potatoes as big might be chemichaly performed, small might be taken too early still with lots of chemicals in them as if they put chemicals in, there are more of them when the potato is still small. Wash well (hold in water prior for about 30min up to 2hours) and, put in oven at 200 degrees for 30min to bake without any sos or anything like that. Than eat with the vegetables. Put use oils to eat all.

If you eat potatoes or buckwheat, than eat 5% less of vegetables and 5% less of fruits

Fasting

Have one day of nothing to eat each week or one a month. And than increase to two days and than have a week. Start Friday 6pm and finish on Sunday noon. Practice from one year and than increase to two days a week for next year.
To come out of the day fast- start eating very light food - particularly juice, that can be mixed with water.

Tip: eat one or two apples a day

 

Drink smoothes of goodness instead of food. Can be more often. Can mix lots of vegetables and herbs  – very good for you.

Try one week of raw and steamed food. And than another week only raw – and see how you feel. And than can extend.

Try raw food, separate diet (only one type of food at a meal), juice diet.

ANY FOOD PUT IN THE WATER BEFORE EATING. HOLD A BIT – IT LETS OFF BAD ELEMENTS.

DRESS AND SLEEP ON LINEN AS IT BRIETHS AND IS GOOD FOR YOU.

GREEN HERBS PUT IN WATER WITH SOLT FOR AOBUTR 10MIN BEFORE WASHING.

WHLE EATING GREENS AND SALADS, EAT RAW FIRST BEFORE THE STEAMED AND/OR COOKED, AFTER 10MIN

IF YOU ATE MEAT WITH CHIPS, THAN CAN DRINK WARM WATER AFTER SO IT WASHES ALL THIS SHIT FOOD THROUGH THE GUTS (COLD WATER WILL DO THE OPPOSITE – WILL JUST HOLD THE WATER). IF EAT MEET WITH LOTS OF VEGETABLES- DONT NEED TO DRINIK AFTER.

THINGS TO MIX WITH HONEY SO CAN PUT IN THE WATER IN THE MORNING: (BEST JUST DRINIK THE DRINK WITH NO BERRIES IN THE WATER); BLUEBERRIES, CRANBERRY, SEA BUCKTHORN, VIBURNUM, RASPBERRY , CURRANT – 1 to 2 ratio 1,  HOLD IN THE FRINGE. MIX 1 to 1 WHEN BUYING THE BERRIES, TRY TO GET THOSE THAT ARE DRY, MORE NATURAL. HONEY CONSERVES THE BERRIES SO IT IS NOT GOING OFF AS IN THOSE THINGS THAT ARE SOLD IN THE SHOP.

DRINK WATEER INSTEAD OF EATING IN THE MORNING – SOMETIMES WITH HONEY AND APPLE VINEGAR, SOMETIMES WITH THE BERIES AND HONEY. DRINK SLOWLY

NUTS EAT IN THE FIRST HALF OF THE DAY THE BEST.

DAY- DRINK JUICE/WATER, THAN FRUITS, THAT NUTS,

DONT DO SUGAR IN ANY FORM, NO JAM EVEN- WASHES THE CALCIUM AND TEETH
