While studying successful people I often stumbled upon TM, which is Transcendental Meditation. I found a course in the area and found it to work magically in calming the monkey mind and clearing the thoughts. That gave an amazing effect in reducing the rush, stress levels and mindfulness which brought with it an amazing feeling of thoughtfulness, helping analysing the situations pragmatically by minimising the emotional barrier.
Surely there are many other ways like briefing techniques, yoga, drawing and so one that I talk about in my other blogpost too while still my favourite is TM
